Maybe it takes getting out of bed earlier, taking time out of your day for that 30 minute walk, stretching for 15 minutes, holding it for just 10 more seconds. All of these things can be combated through proper stretching.
This stretch is my absolute favorite! In order to do this stretch with proper form, you must be seated with your knees at a 90ยฐ angle. You want to place one ankle on the opposite knee. With a straight t back, lean forward while stabilizing your knee that is up. Lean forward until you feel a nice stretch in your low back right above the booty. Hold for 15 seconds and switch legs โฅ๏ธ

Iโm changing up my usual routine to show you that girls can be strong too!! When I began my fitness journey in college, I started lifting weights. Weightlifting has given me such a feeling of empowerment especially since itโs mostly a man-saturated sport!
The fact that I began at a 45lb bar and now Iโm lifting 225lb is still crazy to me!

Warming up before a workout is so beneficial for our bodies in the long term. Here are just a few reasons why!

Dead bugs are a great for your core and thighs! I added the physioball to help keep my core engaged the ENTIRE time. Itโs so easy to forget to keep your core engaged throughout your dynamic movement. There should never be a โrestingโ phase. Give it that mind to muscle connection.
You can replace the physioball with any object you may have laying around. Proper core work is all about learning how to keep and stay engaged throughout the entire workout ๐

Hereโs a little work out tip for your day!
Be consistent
Itโs so important to have consistency in your lifestyle/routine because thatโs how you gain momentum! Of course there will be days where itโs difficult to squeeze in time for a work out or times were you are drained and just want to relax.
Overtime, if you discipline yourself to stay motivated everyday it will become second nature and you wonโt even have to think about it ๐

I love doing box jumps but itโs just not ideal to walk around carrying a big ole box around. When I found this park bench I was so excited!
