An evening routine is my way of ending the day on a positive note and getting ready for a new one! π Every night I set aside time for myself: a relaxing bath with fragrant oils π, reading a book π and some meditation π§ββοΈ. It helps me to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and energize for tomorrow!
I also like to light candles π―οΈ and put on my favorite music πΆ to create a cozy atmosphere. It's times like these that I feel self-care becoming an important part of my life.
