Cuddling doesn’t just bring emotional connection… it helps regulate your nervous system too.
🧠💗 Neurobiology research shows that affectionate physical touch, like cuddling, reduces cortisol (the stress hormone) and increases oxyt0cin (the bonding and wellbeing hormone).
Why does this matter?
👉 Oxytocin improves communication between partners
👉 It lowers anxiety and emotional reactivity
👉 It strengthens emotional bonds and builds safety in the relationship
💡 In my personal and clinical experience, conscious cuddling is more than a sweet gesture… it’s mutual regulation.
And yes… a good cuddle often leads to an even better orgasm. 😉
Do you also feel how your body softens when you’re held with intention?
