We just wanted to share with you guys how you don't necessarily have to have a gym or fancy workout equipment to exercise. Use what you have. Get creative. Challenge yourself and have fun! And don't wear many clothes! If its warm and sunny, strip down and soak up the sun. We have neighbors so we couldn't get completely naked but we still minimized the clothing lol. Hope you enjoy.
