A lot of you know I am obsessed with Harry Potter and it’s been the only consistent and unchanging thing in my life in terms of my deep love for these books and movies. If I’m feeling down all I have to do is throw on a Harry Potter movie and it’s an instant mood boost. My nostalgia for the series runs very deep for many personal reasons. This experience was so special for me though because D did it with me. He is no stranger to tattoos but has been waiting patiently to get his next one until I was ready because he wanted to do this with me to commemorate our “us-ness”. There are many things this tattoo represents for us: a milestone in age, a milestone in our businesses, coming through some crazy stuff that we’ve dealt with this last year, a celebration of our relationship, and some more personal stuff that I will keep for just D and I. It wasn’t bad in terms of pain, but I’m also not someone that does things to excess so I am totally ok if this is my only tattoo. I’m so in love with the fact that this will walk with me forever and D has a matching one to walk with him too ⚡️ ~BG
