Am now allowed to see a doctor about my symptoms for the past 4 weeks. Thank you so much for being patient with me during this time! If anyone is getting swabbed, my biggest tip is to *breathe in and out* as soon as it's deep inside. holding your breath makes much worse (and that's exactly what I did!) I did 10 mins of low impact cardio yesterday and plan to do a little bit of either yoga or cardio today to get used to being off the couch again 😁 Yesterday was the least amount of symptoms I've had the past 4 weeks, no pain, kept everything in, so I'm hoping it's a sign of good things to come. I'll deliver some tiddy tonight and we'll see how other content goes! (if you didn't know I had a twitter, it's @ certifiedhips!)
