For those who don't follow my Twitter, I decided to start losing weight in July. In the past month I'm down 11.4lbs. I've gone from obese bmi to overweight bmi and I'm so proud of myself! Can you tell a difference from this pic? (please don't tell me not to lose weight, thank you for understanding!)
