It’s actually a perfect storm of problems and so I kinda have to laugh about it. A YouTube video of mine is going viral and got over a million views last night, which of course led a lot of people to my Patreon page, and a lot of them were pledging. That’s great, but the problem is Patreon bills once per month, so all the people who pledged yesterday are now getting hit with another charge today. ? On top of that, my website uses an integration with Patreon to manage access and of course, every month, on the 1st of the month, while the payments are processing, people have trouble logging in. Some can, but some can’t. I think it’s only if your payment hasn’t been processed, but it take almost all day to process all 100% of my patrons pledges. So all morning I have been responding to messages on my website chat program from people who are experiencing issues. I don’t mind responding and helping, I just feel bad that they discovered me today and supported and are having a bad time. On one end, I am glad that so many new people are finding me, but on the other end, this is the worst possible time for them to find me. ? Everything should be all back in order and working by end of day today, so if you are one of those people, hang tight!
