I stop sometimes, but always come back to it when I notice my body not handling the elements as well. For those unfamiliar, the Wim Hoff method is a breathing technique that allows you to have more control over your body. Thus, allowing you to withstand colder temperatures for longer. I have done ice baths in the past, but no need right now, the water is cold enough!!
