I think it's beautiful and eerie and sexy, and Brad and Mark and I certainly enjoyed ourselves. At an erotic film festival here in LA. we had the opportunity to perform this live with the projections on us, and it was a powerful feeling. I've never had sex in front of so many people--they were rapt. There was a combination of tension and hunger in the air...and I loved it. It was a revelation. It made me wonder if the theatre could have both legitimate dance, music, drama, and comedy, but with explicit sex. So I've been working on a play with a friend, a vaudeville show of sorts, that has sketches, songs, poems, music, dances, all erotic, all with some aspect of full blown (excuse the pun) sex, but really well written with elevated dialogue, prose, and verse; the whole nine yards...and inches (another very bad pun).
