Especially on TV...I can't click past a football game fast enough. I just don't get it. As a kid, I went to Chicago Cubs games with my family, but I barely knew what was going on...I just liked the food and the crowd. And the only Super Bowl party I ever went to was at a friend's house...it was me and a roomful of lesbians. Though they were totally into the game, I just grazed the deli buffet from "Nate 'n Al's" the whole time. Once the half-time show came on, the girls had no interest and just started chatting amongst themselves. I, of course, finally had a moment I wanted to watch... Janet Jackson (and Justin Timberlake). And when that iconic moment happened, I was the only one in a room full of lesbians who saw it. At first, I didn't think it actually happened it was so quick. "Ladies? Did anyone see that? DID ANYONE SEE THAT?" No one knew what I was talking about so I thought I imagined it..until I got in the car to go home and Janet Jackson's breast reveal was all over the radio. Skip ahead a week and I was in line at a grocery store, browsing "National Enquirer" and on the back page, there was an ad for all kinds of paraphernalia, one of which was the little star shield on Jackson's tit. And...I shit you not...next to it, it said "AS SEEN ON TV!" So that's my little intro to this home vid where I can say that despite what I said above, there is one instance in which... "I Love Sports."
