It's hard to stay motivated, to stay positive, and to stay safe, healthy, and sane. With the political shit show happening in this country due to the sociopath in the White House, it's easy to give in to despair and depression, thinking that the future may not be much different than the present. All I can say is...hang in there, guys and gals. Try to look at the good things in your life. Know that you're not alone in feeling that way. Lord knows I've felt that so often these last few months, but having you all in my life has helped a lot, and I love entertaining you. I want you to know that if you're feeling low and don't feel you have anyone to talk to...a friend, a family member, whoever...feel free to message me. I'm a good ear and I will do my best to get back to you ASAP. I'm certainly not a therapist, but I can be a shoulder to lean on, even for a moment. Sometimes it helps to just tell someone you don't know well what's going on. No judgment. I just wanted to put that out there. Oh...and perhaps I could have chosen a more "professional" pic to post here, but that's me. Raw and ready for whatever life throws at me. I'm going to get on with my day and see what it brings me.
