So I had a sports massage on Monday, finished off with cupping therapy - (Cupping therapy is a form of pseudoscience in which a local suction is created on the skin with the application of heated cups. As alternative medicine it is practiced primarily in Asia.)
The cupping therapy absolutely floored me, I have literally been falling asleep at any given opportunity.
