5 days post back surgery. Body still has not turned to a gel-like substance. Going really stir crazy though and communication with my doctor has been so touch and go. My left leg numbness from the knee down is back but ONLY when I lay down or sit, and it's worse to the point where it almost feels like it's a burning sensation? In the night I'll move my leg a certain way and the sudden pain will jolt me awake. The nerves have to decompress though. A fair amount of bone and herniation were cut out. If my doctor EVER gets back in touch with me (good luck!) I wanna ask if it'd be beneficial to just go to the gym and walk on the treadmill for an hour or so, as it actually feels better/normal when walking, 180'ing how it was previously. Aside, I have to cut some weight and the cardio will help. Bulking is over and not lifting for another 6-8 weeks is gonna suckkkkk. Hoping the body will just use the extra fat deposits first and I don't lose a lot of lean mass.

Back in 2019, the kink club I both went to and volunteered/worked the door at had a costume party with a 200 dollar prize. I went as Dr. Frankenfurter. So! Karnov is having some pretty major back surgery this week. Will have nice scar on back to match one on chest. I'm going to be out for a while after, and probably won't be in as good of shape for a bit. Just letting you all know before I go dark for a bit.
