🍅🧄🧅some cooking tips i was asked about for my sauce, i figure i post them ❤️🍅🧄🧅:
it takes 8-10 hours total to make, 1-2 hours for prepping, 8+ hours for cooking on a stove top, on low-medium heat!!! for a medium sized cooking pot:::
ingredients:
8-10 roma tomatoes 🍅 (cut off the stem/green part, use scissors to make the best cuts, place the tomatoes into a bowl and start chopping them up!)
1 yellow onion 🧅 (also use scissors to chop them up, use the same bowl with tomatoes and it will help with the eye teary effect that cutting onions can create, mixed with tomatoes, the effect is not as strong)
5-7 cloves of garlic 🧄 (use a razorblade for the thinnest slices, or scissors is you like big chunks of garlic) (you may use more cloves, if you want lots of garlic) (a clove is the small piece you break off from the main garlic🧄 by the way ❤️ make sure its entirely peeled before cooking)
extra virgin olive oil (about half a cup, pour half of the half in the beginning, then the rest at the end of cooking the sauce)
half a cup of water (do not use too much water, i promise you only need a little bit!)
red wine, half a cup (the darker red wine, the better, but you can literally use red wine from the gas station, it does not need to be fancy or expensive)
onion and garlic powder, four table spoons of each, a PINCH, small PINCH of salt 🧂salt wilk overpower every other flavor of the sauce so be careful!!!
if anyone has any questions about my sauce, please let me know, there are no silly questions when it comes to cooking, cooking isn't easy nor silly to ask about ❤️💕 it takes along time to learn how to cook, and to cook new recipes and i do not gate keep 🍅
the sauce will last about 5-6 days days after cooking it, make sure to use a glass jar to preserve it the best (i use old pickle jars, so literally any jar will work) make sure to stir the pot every 10 minutes to make sure it doesnt burn on the bottom

a few people have asked and no im not going back to the clubs. i physically can't bring myself to ever be in that environment again, i went by one club here to see what it was like last week, and couldn't go back the next day for an audition.
i was bawling that night and contemplated jumping off the nearest bridge, and i almost did it that night, i had to run away from the bridge because i wanted to jump.
so no, im not going back to the clubs, yes i need money but i prefer to work a regular job.

hey everyone! i haven't been online in a few days because of me feeling sick, and unfortunately I had two grandmal seizures last night, woke up with a mouth full of 🟥🟥🟥🟥🟥 so im not feeling the best, i also won't be attending the motorcycle meeting that is going on later tonight, i don't want to risk passing out in front of hundreds of people and causing a panic.
i hope everyone is having a lovely day! and remember, your life is worth it, a lot of days can be difficult to get through, but your life is worth it. you deserve to be in a better place, even if it means packing your life into a few bags, hopping on a bus, and leaving a painful area. everyone be safe and well ❤️❤️❤️

im in my new hotel, better prices and i like it more c: there isnt a bathtub like i usually prefer, but! good news on the chronically ill side of my life; i was able to stand in the shower for 30 minutes! i usually get weak and have to sit down or have to take a bath but i was able to stand for a good while 😊

oh also i bonked my head on the bus storage door. twice. 🤕🤕🤕 lol
when i was loading my bunny suitcase onto the bus this guy tried to help me and as per usual, i feel guilty when someone tries to help me with suitcases, so im like, "ITS OKAY!" *BONK* :,) then the second time im getting my bunny suitcase off the bus and another *bonk* in the same spot :,)

something told me to wake up, like that feeling that you're in danger or something, and i wake up to see this guy continuously touching himself right in the train station while staring at me and another lady who is sleeping nearby. so i got a video and showed security and in this video you can see him touching himself and staring right at me and other lady sleeping near me.
the security guard didn't even tell him he needed to leave, just told him to sit on the other side of the station and he started an argument claiming, "i was just adjusting" and the guard is like, "dude i saw the video, just get tf away from the women and sit over here." and he kept trying to argue so now he's sitting down between both security guards and loudly yelling on his phone to someone that he's innocent.
like bro you're not even being thrown out or arrested, you should be grateful they decided to just move you away from us (and not let him sit near anyone else because of him touching himself IN PUBLIC)
and i got a video because every time this happens where someone is touching themselves over and over and staring at me, guards/people always think im lying or over exaggerating so that's why i got a video of him because he had been doing it for a while.
